~Study and get to know the NEW Success Start program. For all existing consultants, EVERY consultant you sponsor and train to sell $2000+ during her SS period will earn YOU $300 in product credit (your SS period runs through 3/31), plus for every $2000 you sell during that period, you will earn $300 in product credit!

 

~Listen to live call every Sunday night at 9:00 pm eastern to develop and fine tune your sponsoring and leadership skills.

TOPIC:  Exploring Your "Why"

You've heard it many times . . . What's your WHY for doing your Willow House business?  It is certainly a necessity for each of us to have a why.  This is what helps to keep us focused and moving forward in our business.  Without a why most likely you won't stay in the business past eighteen months.  It's that plain and simple.

 

Through the years I have discovered that just having a why isn't good enough.  I believe one must have a non-negotiable why.  So what is the difference in a why and a non-negotiable why?  A why can be something that is not a necessity.  An example might be you want to earn extra money so you can pay for a manicure and pedicure each month and go shopping.  While these are great things, especially for us women who enjoy all three of these things, they aren't necessities.  If you don't make the money to do all of these things each month you will survive.  Life will go on without too much stress.

 

On the other hand, when you have a stronger why called a non-negotiable why,  it will drive you to plan your work and work your plan.  You know you must work your business and earn a certain amount of money each month to pay for something specific.  You are committed to your non-negotiable why.   An example of a non- negotiable why could be your child is in private school and you are committed to earning the money each month to pay the tuition.  If you don't earn the money to pay the tuition, your child will have to quit going to that school.  It's up to you to make that payment.   Another example is you purchase a new car.  You are committed to making the payment every month.  If you don't make the payment you will lose the car.  These are non- negotiable whys.  In other words, the amount of money you need for this why is not negotiable, which will make you take your business more seriously and do whatever it takes to earn the money each month.  If Plan A falls through (parties cancel), you always have a Plan B (another way to get your sales) in your hip pocket.   Be creative to help you earn what you need for your non- negotiable why.  You may learn to book parties earlier in the month so you have time to schedule another party or pull in additional sales if something cancels. 

 

I challenge you to think very seriously about why you are a Willow House consultant and determine what your non- negotiable why is.  Share it with your sponsor and Director!

Valentine's Day is a HOT opportunity for you to sell jewelry!

We have a great Wish List that was created by Georgia Irby, and a jewelry invite for Valentine's Day. Valentine's Day is BIG BUSINESS! Men will buy jewelry for their wives, and what man would  not want to avoid the mall if they could? You could be their answer! Orders for delivery by Valentine's Day MUST be submitted by February 2, SO this is your chance now in January to sell jewelry! I am trying some 1-on-1 appointments with a few women customers and friends, asking them to get together to see the jewelry and make their wish list while offering their opinions. I am giving them a small gift certificate for doing so. I will get their significant other's contact information for after the appointment so I can make the sale! I am asking them to bring a few friends if they want. My goal is to schedule them this week and next. YOU GET DOUBLE POINTS for the General Incentive Trip with jewelry sales!

DID YOU KNOW . . . .

-you can earn double GI trip points in February for home decor sales?  DO NOT LET THIS GREAT OPPORTUNITY TO EARN A LOT OF POINTS FOR A FREE TRIP PASS YOU BY!  Schedule your February parties NOW to get the jump on earning double points! All jewelry sales in January are earning you double GI points too. Be sure to capitalize on the Valentine's Day holiday!
-the best deal (in my opinion) for a prospect is to buy the $99 home decor kit, and then the $99 jewelry kit? With the $99 home decor kit, your prospect is getting $500 worth of home decor products, and $200 worth of jewelry. If she buys the combo kit, she's only getting $300 worth of home decor (still $200 in jewelry); for $40 more she gets $200 more in products. Better deal in my mind! IF YOU SIGN THEM UP THIS WAY, you must have the prospect complete the online agreement for ONE of the kits. Once they receive their ID and have access to the workstation, they need to go to MY PROFILE and join the other division from the profile screen. NEW INFORMATION:  They can sign up for the other division kit when they choose, but their 90 days begins counting from the day their first kit ships. If they want to use the product credits they earn in both divisions, they MUST be signed up for the other division before the end of their 90-day Success Start period.  
-that if you attended a Palooza, you can get a discount at the Company Store?  Use your code of "Palooza 2012" in the promo code box to get a 10% discount (good for anyone that uses it, really, by January 31). 
-that by starting a savings plan for the 2012 National Convention NOW will make you smile later?  Details of convention will be released in the next few weeks with dates and location. Expected to be in mid-to-late July.  Watch for details!  Start saving $$from every party you do so you have expenses covered when the time comes! There is no better investment you can make in your business than attending convention!
-that you can join a Trailblazer team just by calling your upline Director? If you are interested in learning more, or have a desire to earn more money this year, just contact your Director for details.  It is a proven program that is showing results. There is NO better time than NOW to up your game!
-that you can change the party date of a party that has been held over from a previous month? You just have to click on the red Party Date at the top of the main party screen. Remember, that web orders cannot be held over on an entered party and count during Double Host Dollars months. They will receive host award this month, but not at the DHD amount.
