~Sell $2000 every month to maximize incentives.

~Study and get to know the NEW Success Start program. For all existing consultants, EVERY consultant you sponsor and train to sell $2000+ during her SS period will earn YOU $300 in product credit (your SS period runs through 3/31), plus for every $2000 you sell during that period, you will earn $300 in product credit!

~Listen to live call every Sunday night at 9:00 pm eastern to develop and fine tune your sponsoring and leadership skills.  

~Read Monday's Message each week to learn more! Keep informed and focused on the challenge with intention and purpose by keeping engaged.

DID YOU KNOW . . . .

-that by starting a savings plan for the 2012 National Convention NOW will make you smile later?  Details of convention will be released in the next few weeks with dates and location. Expected to be in mid-to-late July.  Watch for details!  Start saving $$from every party you do so you have expenses covered when the time comes! There is no better investment you can make in your business than attending convention!

-that you can join a Trailblazer team just by calling your upline Director? If you are interested in learning more, or have a desire to earn more money this year, just contact your Director for details.  It is a proven program that is showing results. There is NO better time than NOW to up your game!

-that you can change the party date of a party that has been held over from a previous month? You just have to click on the red Party Date at the top of the main party screen. Remember, that web orders cannot be held over on an entered party and count during Double Host Dollars months. They will receive host award this month, but not at the DHD amount.

 

A Few Tips from Palooza 

 ~Meet all sales goals for your month by the 28th each of each month.

~Try our new idea of SNAP parties:  Simply A New Approach to Parties!  Bring 5-6 products, get together with 3-5 friends, and hold a party ANYWHERE (Starbucks, Panera, etc.) in one hour or less! You will be hearing more about SNAP parties soon! They are designed to be booked in close.

~Try a Happy Hour party (fits the SNAP profile!) -- stop by for a drink after work at 5:30 and be out by 6:30!

~During your host coaching session, give your host (or ask her to get one if it's not in person) a highlighter so she can go through and highlight all of the items on her wish list. Add up her items and set the sales goal right then!

~Use the new Getting Started Guide with everyone! Great prospecting tool too. They can be ordered with business supply credit; information should be available soon!

~Set a goal to give away 1 catalog every day.

~Try some new theme parties: Chicks & Chili; Hot Cocoa Bar; Valentine's Day - a LOVE party!; Super Bowl party offering a discount on any bowl purchase.

~Give candy away instead of tickets when playing a game; guests love chocolate!

~At end of presentation, ask 5 rapid questions:

1) Did you have a good time?

2) Did you see lots of things you loved?

3) Did you see more you want to purchase?

4) Well, who is going to get us all together next month?

5) Who wants to earn 5 extra tickets for booking?  Then be SILENT!!

~When leaving your host's home, leave a business card magnet on her fridge with a simple note saying how much you enjoyed meeting her friends and being in her home. It's the little extras that make YOU stand out!

~Close every party the night of the party!

~When overcoming cancellations, offer to change the location -- make it a SNAP party instead! 

~Buy our dip mix and put enough in a baggy for your host to make one dip and give it to her with your host packet.

~With every folder from a party, add a note:  Customer Care Calls to be done by (date); you can do them 2 weeks after a party closes to ask how they loved their products. Don't file it away until you've made your care calls. 

~Set a goal to call every host EVERY quarter to stay in touch and build relationships. Separate yourself as a great direct seller.
